About this recipe
Have you ever wondered how homemade crackers would turn out? Let me tell you, making them is surprisingly easy and fun, and on top of that you have complete control over the ingredients. Imagine being able to season your crackers entirely to your own taste, add exactly as much salt as suits you, and avoid all those artificial flavourings, additives and unpronounceable extras found in shop-bought products?

Today I'm sharing my favourite recipe for homemade seed crackers. Not only are these crackers vegan, they also contain no flour or gluten. In fact, they are made only from seeds, water and spices.
The method is very simple, yet it gives a fantastic result! All you need are your favourite seeds – you can use flaxseeds, sesame, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or a combination of all of them. Add water and spices to taste – I like to use salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little rosemary for extra flavour. Mix everything together, spread it over a baking tray and bake until golden brown.
I'm sure you'll reach for shop-bought crackers less often once you realise how easily you can make them yourself. A healthy and tasty snack you can enjoy without guilt. Plus – your friends and family will be thrilled with your homemade creations.
If you're ready to try something new, let's go!
