About this recipe

Today I'm sharing an easy scrambled tofu recipe that will delight your taste buds. This vegan alternative to scrambled eggs is made from fresh tofu and a few basic ingredients you'll find in any kitchen. On top of that, it contains no gluten, oil or sugar. The recipe is simple to make and very tasty, which makes it a great choice for breakfast or lunch if you want something light and delicious. A really simple, yet insanely tasty meal!

I served the tofu on elegant ceramic plates from Malia. They are very resistant to high temperatures, so you can put them in the dishwasher without worry, and they are also safe to use in the microwave. A great choice for any kitchen!

The plates come in a set of 12 pieces – 4 deep, 4 large and 4 smaller. Check out the range at bonami.si
