About this recipe

The coconut kisses in this recipe are made from just eight ingredients. And among them there is no sugar, no oil and not even gluten. Instead of conventional sugar, dates are used, which give the biscuits a natural sweetness – and they are also full of antioxidants and minerals such as iron, magnesium, manganese and potassium. Flour is replaced entirely by desiccated coconut and coconut flour, which give a fantastic tropical aroma suitable for any time of year. These biscuits are a great addition to the Christmas table or a family celebration, and they go exceptionally well with a cup of coffee or tea. The bottom is dipped in chocolate, but for a healthier version you can skip this step. To make sure your coconut kisses turn out just right, don't forget to read the tips listed at the bottom of the recipe, below the method.
