Chia patties
VEGAN | OIL-FREE | GLUTEN-FREE
About this recipe
Today I want to introduce you to something different: chia patties. Lately I've been experimenting a lot with chia seeds, because it seemed to me that I kept going round and round the same recipes. This time I got down to making patties that are completely vegan, gluten-free, and that you can even make without adding any oil. They're very practical, as you can bake them in the oven, in the air fryer, or simply in a frying pan.

These patties have a slightly "cheesy" flavour with a Mediterranean touch. Among the ingredients are also chickpea flour and nutritional yeast flakes, which may be slightly more "exotic" products. Today you can find both in any slightly larger Spar or Mercator, or you can buy them in the online shop Vegansko and support a Slovenian company. They are soft on the inside and pleasantly crunchy thanks to the seeds. The preparation is simple and quick.

If you're curious how else you can use chia seeds, I recommend you also try my other recipes:
